Cassava Crackers 01 Cassava Crackers Opak

Ingredients:

  •  4 pieces of cassava (grated)
  •  1 tbsp Coriander (roughly mashed)

How to cook:

Grated cassava until soft, mix the salt and coriander that has been pounded flat kasar.Aduk.

Put the cassava dough in the inner lid, while the tap-tap with a fork until thin and flat. Steam the dough is approximately 5-10 minutes.

Lift and chill for a while, then cut into triangles or squares.

Basking under the scorching sun until dry and ready for cooking.
