Ingredients:
- 6 large shrimp tails / pancet (± 300 grams)
- 6 pieces of bacon
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- Cooking oil to taste
Dyers batter, stirring until blended:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
How to Processing:
- Peel shrimp and leaving tails.
- Crate-crate belly of the shrimp to be straightened out.
- Marinate shrimp in mixture of lemon juice, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Take a piece of bacon.
- Place the shrimp on top.
- Roll shrimp, leave the shrimp tails visible.
- Dip into the batter dyers.
- Fry in hot oil until cooked, then remove and drain.
- Serve with chili sauce mixture and tomato sauce.
