Ingredients:
- 300 g rice, washed, drained
- 50 gr sticky rice, soak 1 hour, drained
- 400 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- Lbr 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 1 lbr pandan leaves, torn
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make:
- Mix the rice and sticky rice, steamed until half cooked, remove from heat, put in the pan and set aside.
- Cook the coconut milk with the bay leaves, lemon grass, pandan leaf and salt to a boil, strain and set aside.
- Heat a pot of rice on the fire, pour the coconut milk, stirring frequently, cook until the coconut milk soak, remove from heat.
