1kimchi 01 Korean Kimchi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of fresh chicory
  • 1 / 4 cup salt
  • 1 / 2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water or mineral water of good quality that has been cooked but cold.
  • 1 / 2 tablespoons green chili has been refined and seeds removed
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper or white pepper finely crushed plain.
  • 1 / 2 cup cider vinegar (or regular vinegar / rice)
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon fresh ginger finely eroded

How to make:

  • Cut vegetables into small pieces according to taste.
  • Wash clean.
  • Enter into a glass jar (or other container that can be closed either) filled with water, vinegar, and materials on the other.
  • Place in a clean and somewhat cool
  • Wait 3 days and 3 nights just may be loaded and ready to serve as an appetite enhancer.
