Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of fresh chicory
- 1 / 4 cup salt
- 1 / 2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water or mineral water of good quality that has been cooked but cold.
- 1 / 2 tablespoons green chili has been refined and seeds removed
- 1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper or white pepper finely crushed plain.
- 1 / 2 cup cider vinegar (or regular vinegar / rice)
- 1 / 2 teaspoon fresh ginger finely eroded
How to make:
- Cut vegetables into small pieces according to taste.
- Wash clean.
- Enter into a glass jar (or other container that can be closed either) filled with water, vinegar, and materials on the other.
- Place in a clean and somewhat cool
- Wait 3 days and 3 nights just may be loaded and ready to serve as an appetite enhancer.
